From there, we enter your chosen modality—breath-work, Kundalini, sound healing, or an intuitive blend—allowing the body and nervous system to guide the experience.

This 6-week journey begins with a ceremonial opening where we get to know each other, clarify your intentions, and map where your energy is asking for the most support. From there, we move into 6 weeks of personalized sessions using breath-work, healing practices, and gentle guidance to help you release old patterns and reconnect with your inner strength. We close with an integration ceremony so you leave feeling clear, grounded, and deeply aligned with yourself.
