Each session is held as intentional ceremony. We open the space by grounding into the body and breath, setting an intention, and listening for what is ready to move, soften, or be remembered. From there, we enter your chosen modality—breath-work, Kundalini, sound healing, or an intuitive blend—allowing the body and nervous system to guide the experience.

The sliding scale honors both accessibility and depth. The medicine is the same. The layers of integration and support expand.

Single Session

Alignment — $111

Returning to center

Alignment is the threshold. A sacred reset that brings you back into your body, your breath, and the present moment. We open with intention setting and gentle grounding, then move into your chosen modality to clear stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and restore inner coherence.
This session is about attunement—tuning the instrument so your system can remember its natural rhythm.
Includes:
• Ceremonial opening + intention setting
• One chosen modality (breath-work, Kundalini, or sound healing)
• Grounding and conscious closing

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more rooted in yourself.

Root

Ascension — $222

Depth with integration

Ascension includes everything in Alignment, with added space for reflection and integration. After your session, you receive a personalized integration sheet created from what emerged— emotional themes, energetic patterns, insights, or physical sensations together with affirmations and integration practices.
This may include journal prompts, breath practices, gentle movement, affirmations, or simple rituals to support continued unfolding. The work doesn’t end when the session closes—it follows you home.

• Full ceremonial session
• Personalized integration / reflection sheet
• Practices tailored specifically to your experience
This offering is ideal for those moving through transition, healing cycles, or conscious expansion.

Elevation — $333

Embodiment over time

Elevation is the most spacious and supported container. Along with the full ceremonial session and personalized integration sheet, you receive a 15–20 minute follow-up integration session (scheduled within 1–2 weeks). This allows us to reflect on how the work is landing in your body, relationships, creativity, and nervous system— and to gently anchor what has shifted.
This tier is about continuity. You are not dropped back into life alone; you are accompanied as the medicine integrates.

Harmonize

8 Week Journey to Dis-Covering the Magick within

This 8-week journey begins with a ceremonial opening where we get to know each other, clarify your intentions, and map where your energy is asking for the most support. From there, we move into 8 weeks of personalized sessions using breath-work, healing practices, and gentle guidance to help you release old patterns and reconnect with your inner strength. We close with an integration ceremony so you leave feeling clear, grounded, and deeply aligned with yourself.
